Pancakes with milk
Such pancakes are thin or thick (depending on how much flour to add), fragrant and just melt in your mouth.
Ingredients (15 pancakes):
- half a liter of milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 10 art. spoons of white flour;
- 4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of granulated sugar;
- half a teaspoon of salt.
Cooking:
Milk is heated on the stove or in the microwave. It should be hot enough to start steam, but in no case bring it to a boil. The temperature of the milk must be tolerated by the skin.
Next, add sugar, eggs and salt the mass. All well whipped. Then gradually add flour, the more flour, the thicker the pancakes will be. Stir with a whisk until a uniform consistency.
Now we need to heat the oil almost to the boil, and pour it into our dough with the heat of the heat. All carefully whip and bake pancakes!
Pancakes on kefir
This recipe will appeal to those who love puffy, airy pancakes, 5-7 mm thick!
Ingredients (12-14 fluffy pancakes):
- Kefir – 0.5 liter;
- White flour – 10 tbsp. spoons;
- eggs: 3 pieces;
- Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- soda – half a teaspoon.
Cooking:
We need a deep tank. Immediately mix eggs, sugar and salt. Next come kefir and butter, now slowly you need to add flour with soda. Beat everything thoroughly, it is important to add flour gradually, so that there are no lumps.
Leave for 15-20 minutes, the dough should be infused until small bubbles appear. Everything can be baked!

Open custard pancakes
Their plus is that such pancakes can be cooked even with milk, even with kefir or water. They turn out thin, air and openwork!
Ingredients (10-12 pancakes):
- Kefir (water, yogurt or milk) – 450 ml;
- 2 eggs;
- flour – 7 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar 1 tbsp. spoon;
- salt – 1 tsp without a hill;
- sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. spoons;
- soda – half a teaspoon;
- 200 ml of boiling water.
Cooking:
In a deep container, mix the kefir, eggs, butter, all the sugar and salt, whisk everything slightly. Now stir the soda in 200 ml of boiling water and add to the bowl with all the ingredients. Stir well. It remains only to gradually add flour, stirring the dough all the time.
Bake in a well heated pan!
