Chicken meat is not only tasty and healthy, but also quite a budget option. And from it you can cook dinner much faster than using other meat products.
It’s easy to invent new dishes every day without repeating itself: the scope for culinary imagination is very large! For example, to cook a delicious spicy chicken with sesame seeds and rice, even a novice hostess will need no more than 20 minutes. In extreme cases, the time will increase to half an hour.
Quick Chicken Lunch
Chicken meat is very healthy and cooks quickly, especially the sternum. If you are tired of the usual classic dishes, a wonderful desire is to cook something original. Chicken with sesame oil, honey and hot chili peppers will add some exotic to the diet. It is recommended to serve rice for a side dish for this spicy dish.
Ingredients
First of all, you need a chicken breast, cut into small cubes – one kilogram per several servings is enough. In addition to it, the following ingredients will be required:
• honey and soy sauce – 1 tablespoon each;
• 2 tablespoons of water and sesame seeds;
• a tablespoon of sesame oil;
• 1/2 teaspoon ground chili;
• 3 chopped garlic cloves;
• 3 teaspoons of starch.
Salt is also needed to taste and optionally – finely chopped young onions. Rice on the side dish is best steamed.
How to Cook?
Simultaneously with the start of cooking chicken should be cooked rice. Further:
Step 1. In one bowl, mix water, honey, soy sauce, garlic, chili.
Step 2 Heat oil from sesame seeds in a pan and, when it is warm enough, add chopped pieces of chicken breast.
Step 3 Fry them over high heat with constant stirring for several minutes, then transfer to a saucepan and pour over the already prepared sauce.
Step 4 Reduce heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5 Dilute the starch with water and mix until the mixture thickens, and then add to the chicken pan.
