An offline show of the House of Boss was held as part of Milan Fashion Week.
In the new season of Boss spring 2021, the brand’s designer Ingo Wilts was inspired by the works of British florist William Farr and transferred his intricate floral arrangements to dresses, wide-leg pants, raincoats and jackets.
Prints in Boss collections are rare, but this one fits perfectly into the parade of monochromatic things and monochrome images.
Large metal eyelets are another leitmotif of the collection. They appeared on outerwear, shirts, suede suede sundresses and even bags. Some dresses also have cutouts on the sides and shoulders.
A noble palette of beige, black, dove and bottle green was diluted with blotches of light green and explosive fuchsia. In the latter, Wilts made trouser suits, knitted dresses, jackets with patch pockets and patent raincoats.
The show was attended by supermodel Irina Shayk. She showed off a beige look of an elongated drawstring shirt and dress pants.
