Granola is a delicious, healthy and very nutritious breakfast. It contains a lot of fiber, vitamins and minerals. It does not take a lot of time and food to prepare it. The base of the granola is oatmeal, honey, nuts or seeds. You can add any dried fruits, fresh fruits, berries and syrups if you wish.
Granola can be used to make nutritious bars and take such a healthy snack to the office or gym. In addition, granola can be stored for a long time in the refrigerator: just bake it for future use and place it in tight containers.
